Our most popular class, Latona Fit™ is a mixed ability session that focuses more on beginner movements. This is a steady paced class designed to strengthen, lengthen, work on your flexibility & core. Intermediate members are welcome too.
Lets see those muscles! Our Latona Strong™ class will test your strength , endurance and form. With high resistance and added weights you will be sure to get those muscles pumping. This class is aimed at our intermediate/advanced members.
Challenge your inner ballerina with BARRE. Stretch, flex, squat & plié whilst raising your heart rate in our unique barre classes. All abilities are welcome as we work on pins & peaches to create long, lean beautiful bodies.
All Yummy Mummies pre and postnatal are welcome to our Latona Mummies classes. With our experienced pre & postnatal trainers this class will help strengthen and align your body for preparation or rehabilitation, focussing on your core and pelvic floor.
